1. Make sure you have connected your speakers to the Master output (a stereo output called Master Out, or Mix, or Output 1-2) of your DJ controller. By default, the DJ software generally uses the audio card integrated in the DJ controller, not in the computer.
2. If you have already connected the speakers to the Master Out, go in the DJ software > Settings > Audio and make sure the audio device selected is the DJ controller sound card.
3. If your speakers are connected to the DJ controller master output, and if the DJ controller sound card is the audio device of your DJ software, then check if the sound is not muted in your computer. In Windows 10, you can
